Okay, actually Watercolor Flowers, but if you have ever pressed flowers, they may remind you of pressed flowers. The petals become thin and delicate like that… of course, I followed a youtube video to do these flowers!!

Thank you! You just need lots of water! And let each petal dry before moving on. If they look too solid even with lots of water, you can go back in with your brush empty and remove some of the puddle 🙂 I find these relaxing to make. Low pressure.

I was very impatient. I will try it again at some point. I have a DS quinacridone gold arriving tomorrow and Quinn’s are very transparent so perhaps that’s how I will swatch it.

Oh that would be pretty swatches! I’ve seen a few artists who do their swatch pages all mushrooms, or flowers, and i thought it was so cute but then didn’t try it myself !
