A quick sketch just leaving errors in place. A lot of errors in there. But I think I’ll try more like this. Seeing the mistakes, even without fixing them, surely teaches me something.

Well… in person this man is not short and squatty! He probably considers it kind of a rude rendition, but I still like the lines. And the dog isn’t so close to the railing (physically impossibly actually.) But it was fast and sketchy and better than i could have done a year ago for sure!!
